摘  要:在天然气净化工艺中,再生系统的运行状况决定着脱水效率高低,更关系着整个系统的运行安全,分析了三甘醇发泡和冬季凝析油对延安气田再生系统运行的影响,探讨了如何降低三甘醇损耗,论述了三甘醇重沸器燃烧不稳定的原因,剖析了气提气量与再生系统能耗的关系,并针对每个问题提出了相应的解决方案。In the natural gas purification process,the operation status of the regeneration system determines the dehydration efficiency and is more closely related to the operation safety of the entire system.This article analyzes the impact of triethylene glycol foaming and winter condensate on the operation of the regeneration system in Yan'an gas field,explores how to reduce triethylene glycol consumption,discusses the reasons for unstable combustion of the triethylene glycol reboiler,analyzes the relationship between gas extraction volume and energy consumption of the regeneration system,and proposes corresponding solutions for each problem.
