浅谈LNG杜瓦瓶充装装置的设计要点

摘  要:LNG作为清洁能源,在能源结构中占有比例越来越高,尤其是近年来LNG对于冬季调峰领域起到了重要作用。由于区域限制仍有部分地方需要采用LNG杜瓦瓶进行点对点的供应。阐述了LNG杜瓦瓶充装装置的设计要点,包括以下几方面:1)装置概况;2)工艺设计特点;3)总图布置;4)集液池设置;5)围堰设置;6)三维模型与实际设备图。工艺设计主要从工艺流程设计、设备选型以及安全设计三方面进行了详细阐述,并确定了主要设备设计参数。总图布置主要根据国内相关规范确定了各设备、集液池的防火间距,其中集液池的防火间距还采用FLACS软件计算结果进行验证。根据规范并结合实际情况确定了集液池的尺寸对LNG缓存罐设置了围堰。整体设计达到了比较的效果,可为相关工程提供参考。As a clean energy,LNG occupies an increasingly high proportion in the energy structure.Especially in recent years,LNG has been rapidly developed for peak shaving in winter.However,some places still need to use LNG dewar bottles for point-to-point supply.The main design points of LNG Dewar bottle filling device are described,including the following aspects:1)device overview;2)process design features;3)general layout;4)the setting of the sump;5)cofferdam setting;6)3D model and actual equipment drawing.The process design mainly elaborates on three aspects:process flow design,equipment selection,and safety design,and determines the main equipment design parameters.The general layout mainly determines the fire separation distance of each equipment and sump according to relevant domestic regulations,and the fire separation distance of the liquid collection tank also meets the calculation results of FLACS software.According to the specifications and combined with the actual situation,the size of the sump was determined and a cofferdam was set up for the LNG buffer tank.The overall design has achieved a comparative effect and can provide reference for related projects.
