摘 要:内衬岩洞式地下储气库(LRC)作为天然气储存与调配的重要方式具有显著优势。采气过程中的天然气温度变化对LRC储气库内衬钢罐体及采气管线的材质、地面设施及工艺控制方案有较大影响。通过对LRC储气库注气采气过程建立热力学模型,分析采气过程中储气库洞室及采气管线中天然气压力与温度变化特征,分析采气过程中采气速率、竖井终端处理设施压力对采气过程热力变化的影响规律,选择合理的控制工艺,确保储气库采气过程中的安全与经济。The lined rock cavern has significant advantages as an important method of natural gas storage and deployment.The changing temperature of natural gas during gas production process has a great impact on material selection of lined steel tank and production pipe,composition of ground facilities and control program of process.A thermal model is established for lined rock caverns to analyze the dynamic changing process of pressure and temperature in gas storage caverns and gas pipelines during gas production.And the influence of gas production rate and operation pressure of terminal facility at vertical well terminal on regulation of thermal changes is also studied.Select a reasonable control technology to ensure the safety and economy of the gas production process in gas storage,and then provide a reference for actual operation and production.
