摘 要:涂覆在钢结构表面的膨胀型防火涂层隔热效果对钢结构建筑免受高温致灾意义重大。通过向环氧树脂(EP)中添加聚磷酸铵(APP)、季戊四醇(PER)、茶皂素(TS)以及氢氧化铝(ATH),制备了EP/IFR环氧膨胀型防火涂层。基于锥形量热仪燃烧实验和热重分析,通过实时测量涂层表面的温度变化,研究了涂层的燃烧与传热过程。结果表明:ATH协效TS能提高涂层的热稳定性;TS添加质量分数1.33%、ATH添加质量分数5.33%时,温升速率最低,阻燃隔热效果最好,峰值热释放速率(pHRR)仅为362.52 kW/m^(2),比纯EP降低了59.32%;热辐射功率对传热过程有显著影响。The thermal insulation effect of the intumescent flame retardant coating coated on the surface of steel structures is of great significance for steel structure buildings to avoid high temperature disasters.The paper prepared an EP/IFR epoxy intumescent flame retardant coating by adding ammonium polyphosphate(APP),pentaerythritol(PER),tea saponin(TS),and aluminum hydroxide(ATH)to epoxy resin(EP).Based on cone calorimeter combustion experiments and thermogravimetric analysis,the combustion and heat transfer processes of coatings were studied by real-time measurement of temperature changes on the coating surface.The results show that the ATH synergistic effect TS can improve the thermal stability of the coating;When TS is added at 1.33%and ATH is added at 5.33%,the temperature rise rate is the lowest,the flame retardant and thermal insulation effect is the best,and the peak heat release rate(pHRR)is only 362.52 kW/m^(2),which is 59.32%lower than pure EP;The thermal radiation power has a significant impact on the heat transfer process.
