摘 要:文章通过分析我国铁路客运枢纽的不同发展时期与周边城市区域的相互关系,提出了铁路客运枢纽既是交通基础设施又是城市公共空间的双重属性,并提出了目前存在的一些站城割裂的问题。针对这些问题,分析了影响铁路枢纽地区城市发展的3要素,提出应结合城市的本底条件和周边地区规划,因站施策,将枢纽与周边地区融合起来的规划设计思路。以浙江省嘉兴市嘉兴火车站区域提升规划设计为例,诠释了其在站城融合和城市更新方面进行的尝试。By analyzing the relationship between China's railway passenger transport hub in different development periods and the surrounding urban areas,it puts forward that the railway passenger transport hub is both a transportation infrastructure and a dual attribute of urban public space,and puts forward some existing problems of station-city separation.In response to these issues,an analysis is conducted on the three factors that affect urban development in railway hub areas.It is proposed that the planning and design ideas should be combined with the city's background conditions and surrounding area planning,and tailored to each station to integrate the hub with the surrounding areas.Taking the regional upgrading planning and design of Jiaxing Railway Station in Jiaxing,Zhejiang as an example,this paper explains its attempts in station-city integration and urban renewal.
