摘 要:鼓风曝气是污水处理单元中较大能耗设施之一。传统曝气系统存在过曝、曝气滞后、溶解氧(DO)波动大的特点。对苏州某污水厂实施多段AO主工艺,辅以精确曝气系统。结果表明,经过近1年的调试运行,DO在精确曝气控制系统调配下趋于稳定。从鼓风机供气到干管配气的自动化控制,生物反应池各段DO得到了稳定控制,稳定度D5在94%~99%。单位水量电耗在0.37 k W·h/m^(3)。与原污水厂对比,能耗节省约10%。“光伏+水务”在污水厂同步应用,以城镇污水处理行业节能减排为目标,取得了较好的产电+节电的污水厂碳减排效果。Blast aeration is one of the energy-consuming facilities in wastewater treatment unit.Traditional aeration systems have the characteristics of over aeration,delayed aeration,large fluctuations in dissolved oxygen(DO).A multi-stage AO main process is implemented for a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Suzhou,supplemented by a precise aeration system.The results show that after nearly a year of debugging and operation,DO tends to stabilize under the precise aeration control system.From the automatic control of blower gas supply to main pipe gas distribution,DO in each section of the reaction tank is stably controlled,with a stability degree of D5 ranging from 94%to 99%.Electricity consumption per unit of water is 0.37 kW·h/m^(3),which saves more than 10%of energy compared to the original WWTP.The synchronous application of"photovoltaic+water management"in WWTP has achieved good carbon emission reduction effects of electricity generation and energy conservation,with the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction in the urban wastewater treatment industry.
