摘 要:余氯是生活饮用水厂出厂水的重要指标之一。南通某水厂为进一步有效控制出厂水余氯,提高次氯酸钠溶液利用率,结合水厂次氯酸钠投加系统滤后加氯部分建立多反馈控制结构。基于该结构设计了连续+离散模糊PID控制算法。改进的系统可实现±0.1 mg/L滤后水余氯高精度控制,且运算负荷较小、可移植性高。通过应用对比表明,改进的系统相较于原系统无论是正常还是特殊情况下,具有运行灵敏度高、鲁棒性强、不需要人为干预、次氯酸钠溶液利用效率高等优点。Residual chlorine is one of the important indices of the finished water from water treatment plant(WTP).In order to further effectively control residual chlorine in WTP and improve the utilization rate of sodium hypochlorite solution,a multi-feedback control structure had been established in the chlorination after filtration of the sodium hypochlorite dosing system of a WTP in Nantong.A continuous+discrete fuzzy PID control algorithm was designed based on this structure.The improved system could achieve high-precision control of residual chlorine in filtered water of±0.1 mg/L,with low computational load and high portability.Through application comparison,it was shown that the improved system had the advantages of higher operating sensitivity,stronger robustness,no need for human intervention,and higher utilization efficiency of solution compared to the original system,whether under normal or special circumstances.
