摘　　要：随着呼吸道病毒感染性疾病的频发,全球公共卫生面临重大挑战,寻找有效的预防与治疗手段成为当务之急。中医药作为中国传统医学的重要组成部分,在抗病毒治疗中展现出独特优势。旨在综述中药抗呼吸道病毒感染性疾病的现代科学研究进展,探讨其在临床应用中的优势,以及如何通过多学科交叉融合,深入理解中药干预病毒全生命周期的科学内涵,系统解析中药复方抗病毒感染机制的研究策略。为未来防控病毒风险储备候选中药提供参考,对有效支撑我国新发突发病毒感染性疾病的防控与诊治具有重要意义。With the frequent occurrence of respiratory viral infectious diseases,global public health is facing major challenges,and finding effective prevention and treatment methods has become a top priority.As an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine has shown unique advantages in antiviral treatment.This article aims to review the modern scientific research progress of Chinese medicine against respiratory viral infectious diseases,explore its advantages in clinical application and how to deeply understand the scientific connotation of Chinese medicine intervention in the whole-life cycle of viruses through multidisciplinary cross-integration,and systematically analyze the research strategy of the antiviral infection mechanism of Chinese medicine compound.It provides a reference for the reserve of candidate Chinese medicine for future prevention and control of virus safety risks,which is of great significance for effectively supporting the prevention,control and treatment of new and emerging viral infectious diseases in China.
