大跨度斜拉桥锚固构造焊接技术研究

摘  要:新市金沙江大桥主塔上采用钢锚梁和钢牛腿结构锚固斜拉索,钢梁上采用钢锚箱结构焊接在上弦杆上,由于受力大,锚固构造部位多为厚板焊接,熔透焊缝多,焊接填充量大,局部操作空间狭小,施工操作、焊接变形控制难度较大。通过对钢锚梁、钢牛腿及钢桁梁锚箱构造组装施焊顺序及焊接变形控制进行分析研究,采取相应的控制措施,制定合理的焊接工艺,保证新市金沙江大桥锚固构造的焊接质量和制造精度。The main tower of the Xinshi Jinsha River Bridge use the cable-stayed structure of steel anchor beams and steel corbels.The steel anchor box structure is welded onto upper chord of the steel beam.Due to the large number of thick plate welding,fusion welding and filling in a narrow space,huge stress is caused.As a result,construction operations,welding deformation control and welding quality control are difficult.By analysing the relationship between the welding sequence and welding deformation of steel anchor beams,steel corbels and steel anchor boxes,corresponding control measures were taken,and finally a reasonable welding process was developed.The welding quality and manufacturing precision of the anchorage structure of the Xinshi Jinsha River Bridge are guaranteed.
