摘 要:以铜铝锌合金为研究对象,通过轧制和短时间退火工艺相结合的处理方法,调控铜铝锌合金的微观组织,解决了轧制变形后铜铝锌合金强度较高、延展性较差的问题,达到协同提升综合力学性能的目的。通过金相检验、拉伸测试、包申格效应测试及数字图像相关性分析(DIC)试验,综合分析了轧制铜铝锌合金退火后的微观组织与力学性能。研究结果表明:对铜铝锌合金进行不同温度轧制处理,发现室温轧制后进行325℃×20min退火处理获得的样品,表现出优异的强度-延展性的匹配关系,抗拉强度达到581MPa、伸长率达到20.5%。Taking Cu-Al-Zn alloy as the research object,the microstructure of copper alloy was adjusted by combining rolling and short-time annealing process,which solved the problem of high strength but poor ductility of copper alloy after rolling deformation,and achieved the purpose of synergistically improving the comprehensive mechanical properties.The microstructure and mechanical properties of rolled Cu-Al-Zn alloy after annealing were comprehensively analyzed by metallographic examination,mechanical tests,Bauschinger effect tests,Digital Image Correlation analysis(DIC).The results show that the Cu-Al-Zn alloy is rolled at different temperatures,and it is found that the samples obtained by annealing at 325℃for 20 minutes after rolling at room temperature show an optimal matching relationship between strength and ductility,with a tensile strength of 581MPa and a uniform elongation of 20.5%.
