椎间孔镜联合术后冲洗引流治疗臀部贯通伤的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨椎间孔镜联合术后冲洗引流的效果及护理要点。方法通过分析于2018-2021在江西省人民医院骨科诊断为臀部贯通伤的3例患者,均为男性,其均采用椎间孔镜处理异物同时结合术后冲洗引流,记录其住院时间,术前术后VAS评分,有无并发症发生,评估其治疗效果。结果所有患者手术顺利,术后均尿道,无肠道,血管损伤,术后无冲洗管道脱落,血栓发生,无伤口感染,平均住院时间14.5天,术前VAS评分7,术后1天VAS评分3.5分,术后7天VAS评分2分。结论椎间孔镜联合冲洗引流治疗臀部损伤是一种有效的,微创的治疗手段。Objective To investigate the effect and nursing points of spinal endoscopy combined with postoperative irrigation and drainage.Methods Three patients diagnosed with penetrating hip injury in the Department of Orthopedics of Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from 2018 to 2021,all male,were treated with foraminal lens for foreign body treatment combined with postoperative irrigation and drainage.The length of stay,VAS score before and after surgery,and the occurrence of complications were recorded to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results All patients were successfully operated without any injuries to the intestinal tract,urinary system or blood vessels after operation,no loss of irrigation pipe after operation,occurrence of thrombus,and no wound infection.The average length of hospital stay was 14.5 days,and the VAS score was 7 before surgery,3.5 on the first day after surgery,and 2 on the seventh day after surgery.Conclusion Spinal endoscopy combined with irrigation and drainage is an effective and minimally invasive treatment for penetrating trauma to the buttock.
