产时镇痛对产妇生产疼痛、机体应激及心理应激的作用

摘　　要：目的探究产时镇痛对产妇生产疼痛、机体应激及心理应激的作用。方法选择2020年9月至2022年9月于我院妇产科进行分娩的200例产妇,随机数字法将患者纳入观察组与对照组,对照组行常规阴道分娩,观察组行无痛分娩。比较分析两组不同时间点的疼痛情况、机体应激和心理应激状况。结果观察组t2、t3时间点的VAS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组t2、t3时间点的舒张压、心率和指脉氧饱和度均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分娩后42d,观察组EPDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产时镇痛有助于缓解产妇分娩时的疼痛程度,降低机体应激水平,改善产妇的产后心理应激状态,具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effects of intrapartum analgesia on labor pain,body stress and psychological stress.Methods Two hundred pregnant women who underwent labor at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected,and the patients were included in the observation group versus the control group by the random number method,with the control group undergoing routine vaginal delivery and the observation group undergoing painless delivery.Pain conditions,organismal stress and psychological stress conditions were compared and analyzed at different time points between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the observation group at the T2 and T3 time points were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);Diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and finger pulse oxygen saturation at the T2 and T3 time points were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);At 42d after delivery,the EPDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intrapartum analgesia helps to alleviate the degree of pain during delivery,reduce the stress level of the body,and improve the postpartum psychological stress state of parturients,which has good clinical application value.
