摘 要:本文依托连云港临空产业园围海工程进行了国内首次全侧向爆破挤淤试验性筑堤施工,该法只需抛填堤心石和侧向爆破便可形成永久护岸断面,工效较高。本文介绍了全侧向爆破挤淤主要技术理念、爆破参数设计、试验性施工主要流程、施工质量检测及评估等过程。并依据检测断面采用瑞典条分法和有限元法对成堤后的断面稳定性和位移进行了分析和评价,分析比较了常规端部爆破筑堤和全侧向爆破挤淤爆堤的特性。试验表明,对于淤泥处理深度在15m以内、堤心着底宽度在30 m以内的堤坝或者护岸形成,全侧向爆破挤淤工效较高,节省填料,且同样可以满足堤身稳定性要求,具有较好的效果。A trial on the embankment construction by using fully lateral blasting for silt-squeezing was carried out firstly in the sea reclamation project of Lianyungang airport industrial park in China,a permanent section of revetment only required the dumping of stones and lateral blasting,which led to high efficiency.In the case,an introduction to the above method was made,including the main technical concepts,the design of blasting parameters,trial construction process,construction quality inspection and evaluation.Based on the detected section,Swedish slice method and finite element method were used to analyze and evaluate the stability and displacement of the section of the completed embankment.The conventional end blasting method was compared with fully lateral blasting for silt squeezing into order to analyze their characteristics.The results showed that fully lateral blasting for silt squeezing was of a higher efficiency and reduced the quantities of filling materials in the construction of embankment and revetment with a sludge treatment depth of less than 15 m and a bottom width of less than 30 m from the center of the embankment.In addition,and the method could also meet the requirements for the stability of the embankment.
