摘 要:内河的航道疏浚在河流较多的城市中一直是一项重要的工程作业任务,常规船舶配比一般依据施工效率和运输效率之间的比例形成配比,并按照经验添加作业时常、闸门开放时间以及各类突发因素对疏浚作业速度的影响参数。但是在实际工程中,依据经验对设计时确定的船舶配比进行修正一般并不准确,且并不能依据各类工程环境的变化而灵活有效地调整影响参数。通过设计一个仿真模型,模拟船舶在航道上的分布变化与作业进度情况,快速计算出船舶配比和该配比下的最低施工成本,有效解决了由于航道和工程环境多变导致的船舶配比设计估算困难以及总工程成本难以进一步降低的问题。本文着重介绍一种适用于内河航道疏浚施工船舶作业运输过程的船舶配比设计优化技术,为今后类似项目提供参考经验。The dredging of inland waterways has always been an important works for the cities passed through by many more rivers.The conventional vessel matching ratio bases on the proportion between the construction and transportation efficiencies,in addition,the influence parameters shall be taken into account according to the construction experience,including the operation time,gate opening time,and a variety of unexpected factors.In general,the above modifier is not accurate in actual projects,and it is no way to flexibly and effectively adjust the influencing parameters according to the change in local environment.In the case,a model was built to simulate the change in the distribution of vessels in the waterway and the construction progress,and quickly calculate the matching ratio of the vessels and the minimum construction cost under this ratio.The research effectively solved the difficulty in the estimation of the matching ratio and high cost due to some variables related to waterway and local environment.An introduction is given to the optimization technology of vessels’matching ratio,which applies to the dredgers operated and transported in inland waterways,and serves as an reference for similar projects in the future.
