摘 要:深中通道伶仃洋大桥为主跨1666 m的3跨钢箱梁悬索桥,主墩承台直径36 m,高度8 m,采用双壁钢吊箱作为承台临时围堰和永久防撞套箱,钢吊箱内径36.2 m,高度16 m,重量为1783 t,施工过程体系转换频繁,受力复杂。建立施工全过程有限元模型,针对性地分析吊装浮运、整体下放、封底浇筑、承台浇筑过程受力,并将有限元计算结果与现场实际监控结果进行了对比,两者较接近;同时采用MSC.Dytran计算软件模拟了10万t船舶从正面和侧面撞击时的钢吊箱防撞效果,得到正面和侧面撞击时最大撞击力分别减小5.6%和7.4%,钢吊箱结构设计合理,总体计算方式和施工方法合理可行。As a three-span cable suspension bridge with steel box girder,Lingdingyang Bridge is located at Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link,characterized with the main span of 1666 m,the main pier cap of 36 m in diameter,8m in height,double-walled steel hanging box of 36.2 m in inner diameter,16 m in height,1783 t in weight,which serves as temporary cofferdam and permanent anti-collision box.In addition,the construction encounters complex stress and frequent change of the whole system.A finite element model is built to analyze the variation in the stress on different stages of the whole construction process,including hoisting&floating,overall lowering,bottom sealing&pouring,and pier cap pouring.The FE calculation results are close to the field monitoring data.Meanwhile,MSC.Dytran software is used to simulate a 100000 t ship colliding with the front and side of steel hanging box,which shows that the maximum impact force is reduced by 5.6%and 7.4%respectively.The researches of steel hanging box show reasonable structural design,overall calculation method and feasible construction method.
