摘　　要：西安市在大遗址保护与城市更新进程中探究共生互赢的模式,多数学者认为处理“城”与“村”的和谐发展时必须延续村落的传统肌理。文章首先通过实际调研及史料查证归纳三兆村的现状特征,进而分析和探索西安市三兆村的历史文脉及现状村落肌理。深入研究后提出未来城中村改造的重点是保护“肌理”,以多元视角、多元层次、多元维度对三兆村的肌理进行梳理,并探究三兆村从古至今的格局变迁、文化传承、建筑与人文风貌,在此基础上总结三兆村改造提升面临的问题与挑战,最终提出三兆村的改造提升策略。In the discussion on symbiosis and mutual benefit model in the process of protecting large sites and urban renewal in Xi’an City,most scholars believe that when dealing with the harmonious development of“city”and“village”,it is necessary to continue the traditional texture of the village.The paper firstly summarizes the current situation of Sanzhao Village through investigation and verification of historical data,and then analyzes and explores the historical context and current village texture of Sanzhao Village Xi'an City.After in-depth study,it proposes that the focus of future urban village transformation is to protect the“texture”.It sorts out the texture of Sanzhao Village from multiple perspectives,levels,and dimensions,and explores the pattern changes,cultural inheritance,architectural and humanistic style of Sanzhao Village from the ancient times to present.On this basis,it summarizes the problems and challenges in the transformation and upgrading of Sanzhao Village,and finally proposes the strategies for the transformation and upgrading of Sanzhao Village.
