摘　　要：随着西宁市的城市规模效应愈加突出,经济的快速发展使西宁市的生态系统遭到了破坏,城市人居环境质量受到一定程度的影响,出现下滑的趋势。为了缓解西宁市人居环境系统间的矛盾与冲突,文章从自然系统、人类系统、社会系统、居住系统、支撑系统五个维度构建指标体系,运用CRITIC法计算2008—2020年西宁市人居环境系统的综合指数。研究结果表明:西宁市2008—2020年人居环境建设水平逐年提高,综合发展指数均呈现稳定上升趋势。基于CRITIC法综合评价能够充分发掘西宁市人居环境建设存在的各方面问题,从而为制定改善人居环境相关政策提供指导和依据。With the increasing prominent scale effect of Xining,the rapid economic development has caused damage to the ecosystem of Xining,and the quality of human settlement environment has been affected to a certain extent,and there is a downward trend.In order to alleviate the contradictions and conflicts between the human settlement environment systems in Xining,this paper constructs an index system from five dimensions:natural system,human system,social system,residential system and support system,and uses the CRITIC empowerment method to calculate the comprehensive index of Xining human settlement environment system from 2008 to 2020.The results show that the level of human settlement environment construction in Xining has been improved year by year from 2008 to 2020,and the comprehensive development index has shown a stable upward trend.Based on the comprehensive evaluation of the CRITIC empowerment method,it can fully explore all aspects of the problems in the construction of human settlement environment in Xining,so as to provide guidance and basis for formulating relevant policies to improve human settlement environment.
