摘　　要：随着长三角区域一体化发展上升为国家战略,以上海、南京为核心的一体化地区中的次中心城市在区域协调发展中发挥着至关重要的作用,选择和培育恰当的区域次中心城市有利于一体化地区的持续健康快速发展。东台市以其较好的区位条件和发展基础,在江苏沿海地区高质量发展中抢占先机,具备建设成为沿海城镇带上促进盐南地区振兴的区域次中心城市,文章在借鉴吸取东京都市圈镰仓市的经验做法基础上,强化自身优势和特色,坚持高质量、特色化的发展路径,综合提升城市综合服务能级,以提升交通区域一体化、创新产业赋能、打造文旅康养天堂为目标,不断增强文化创造性转化、创新性发展,作为平衡长三角区域协同发展格局中重要节点,辐射带动周边城乡地区高质量发展。With the development of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta rising to the national strategy,the middle and sub-central cities in the integrated region with Shanghai and Nanjing as the core play a vital role in the coordinated development of the region,and the selection and cultivation of appropriate regional sub-central cities are conducive to the sustainable,healthy and rapid development of the integrated region.With better location conditions and development foundation,Dongtai has taken the lead in the high-quality development of Jiangsu coastal areas and is capable of becoming a regional sub-central city in the coastal town belt to promote the revitalization of Yannan area.Drawing on the experience and practice of Kamakura City in the Tokyo metropolitan area,it strengthens its own advantages and characteristics,adheres to the high-quality and distinctive development path,and comprehensively improves the comprehensive urban services.Under the goal of improving regional integration of transportation,enabling innovative industries,and creating a paradise of cultural tourism and health care,it will continuously enhance the creative transformation and innovative development of culture,and acts as an important node in the coordinated development pattern of the Yangtze River Delta region to drive the high-quality development of the surrounding urban and rural areas.
