城市历史景观视角下历史文化名城保护发展策略研究——以河南省为例

摘　　要：文章对城市历史景观的概念与内涵进行深度剖析,以“锚固—层积”理论模型为依据,以“动态层积性”为识别方法,以“整体关联性”为保护方法,在城市历史景观理论的指导下,通过总结河南省历史文化名城的发展历程及面临的挑战,从城区引导管理、织补空间肌理、梳理层积演变内生逻辑、建立数字化管理新路径这四个方面提出策略,以期探寻河南省历史文化名城遗产保护与城市更新双赢的可持续发展路径,为同类历史城市保护工作提供一定的方法论指导。This paper analyzes the conceptual connotation of urban historic landscape in depth.Based on the theoretical model of“anchoring-layering”,the paper takes“dynamic layering”as the method for identification and“overall relevance”as the method for protection,and then under the guidance of urban historic landscape theory,summarizes the development history and challenges of famous historic and cultural cities in Henan province.From four aspects of urban guiding management,weaving the spatial texture,sorting out the layered inherit logic and establishing new digital management path,the paper puts forward corresponding strategies.It aims to explore the sustainable development path for the win-win of both the protection of famous historic and cultural cities in Henan and the urban renewal,and to provide theoretical guidance for the protection of similar historic cities.
