基于层次分析法的20世纪建筑遗产再利用后评价——以新疆人民剧场为例

摘　　要：文章通过层次分析法(AHP)及模糊综合评价法,从历史文化价值延续、地域文化特征传承、艺术审美提升、使用功能完善、室内外环境升级、空间感受优化、绿色节能改造及经济效益提升八个方面,对新疆人民剧场再利用效果进行评价,建立一了套针对20世纪建筑遗产的可量化评价方法。Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,from eight aspects of the continuation of historical and cultural values,inheritance of regional cultural characteristics,improvement of artistic aesthetics,improvement of use functions,upgrading of indoor and outdoor environment,optimization of space experience,green energy-saving transformation and improvement of economic benefits,the paper evaluates the reuse effect of Xinjiang People’s Theater and establishes a set of quantifiable evaluation methods for the architectural heritage of the 20th century.
