摘　　要：根据联合国环境规划署发布的数据,在全球能源消耗中,建筑行业的能耗消耗占比为30%~40%,所产生的温室气体占比超过了30%。按照规划,我国要在2030年实现碳达峰,2060年实现碳中和。文章针对装配式建筑中双面叠合剪力墙体系进行研究,在设计阶段,通过双面叠合剪力墙结构形成外围护结构,实现适用于一个家庭全生命周期使用的住宅产品,减少重复建设、装修及建筑废料处理的产能浪费。在建设阶段,通过构件的全自动化生产,有别于传统预制剪力墙体系的节点处理方式,实现对结构安全性,建设速度及低碳建设的更高程度要求,并形成一整套与装配式建筑相对应的融合设计理念。最终,建立全周期低碳、节能、可持续的超低能耗住宅产品体系,即建筑产品外围护节能保温结构一体化、内部空间自由可变、灵活快速建造、建造成本整体降低的住宅建筑产品。According to data released by the United Nations Environment Programme,in the global energy consumption,the energy consumption of the building industry accounts for 30%to 40%,and the greenhouse gas generated accounts for more than 30%.According to the plan,our country will achieve carbon peaking in 2030 and carbon neutrality in 2060.This paper mainly studies the double-sided staked shear wall system in the prefabricated building.In the design stage,the outer protective structure is formed through the double-sided staked shear wall structure to realize a residential product suitable for the whole life cycle of a family,and to reduce the production capacity waste of repetitive construction,renovation and construction waste disposal.In the construction stage,through the fully automated production of components,which is different from the node processing method of the traditional prefabricated shear wall system,higher requirements for structural safety,construction speed and low-carbon construction are achieved.And a set of integrated design concepts corresponding to prefabricated buildings is formed.Ultimately,a full-cycle,low-carbon,energy-saving and sustainable ultra-low energy consumption residential product system will be established.It is a residential building product that achieves the integration of energy-saving and thermal insulation structure of building products,free and variable internal space,flexible and rapid construction,and overall reduction of construction costs.
