摘　　要：BIM技术作为一种先进技术产物,在建筑工程行业取得了广泛的应用,其具有可视化、参数化等多种优势。因此在建筑施工中合理运用BIM技术,对于促进建筑项目的顺利完成有着非常重要的意义。文章以郑州某地下停车场项目为例,通过在施工过程中采用BIM技术来指导现场施工,加快了施工进度,提高了施工质量,通过对施工过程中成功经验的总结,以期为后续类似工程施工提供有效参考。As an advanced technology product,BIM technology has been widely used in the construction engineering industry,and it has various advantages,such as visualization and parameterization.Therefore,the rational use of BIM technology in building construction is of great significance to promote the smooth completion of construction projects.Taking an underground parking lot project in Zhengzhou as an example,it uses BIM technology to guide the on-site construction,thereby accelerating the construction progress and improving the construction quality.The paper summarizes the successful experience in the construction process,with a view to provide an effective reference for subsequent similar engineering construction.
