摘  要:在狭小深基坑工作井内进行暗挖隧道超前锁扣管幕顶管作业时,由于受到既有建筑物、市政管道和顶管设备规模的限制,顶管后背墙不能采用现浇混凝土结构。文章以深圳地铁水贝站D出入口工程为例,对在狭小深基坑内利用既有支护桩作为超前管幕顶管作业后背墙施工进行研究,主要分析顶管作业工况下后背墙支护桩承载力,对采用的支护桩实体质量进行检测验证可靠性,对顶管施工过程进行持续监测。When carrying out the operation of forepoling latch pipe-roof pipe-jacking of mined tunnel in narrow,small and deep foundation pit,the pipe-jacking back wall cannot adopt cast-in-situ concrete structure due to the limitations of the scale of the existing buildings,municipal pipelines and pipe-jacking equipment.By taking the D exit engineering of Shuibei Station of Shenzhen Metro as an example,the construction of the forepoling latch pipe-roof pipe-jacking back wall based on the existing forepoling in narrow,small and deep foundation pit was studied.The bearing capacity of the back wall forepoling under the working conditions of pipe-jacking was analyzed,the reliability of the solid quality of the forepoling was verified,and the construction process of pipe-jacking was continuously monitored.
