韶关钢铁厂招待所外部环境景观改造探究

摘　　要：从20世纪60年代建厂至今,韶关钢铁厂招待所面临软硬件均已跟不上时代审美与用户需求的困境,同时与转型后的厂区风貌格格不入,景观亟须改造升级。其设计思路不同于其他类型的工业建筑,外观改造将会采用新建和利旧手法相结合,内核上则展现工业痕迹与企业文化。本研究以韶关钢铁厂招待所设计项目为例,结合前期文献研究、概念定义、现状问题、案例总结,梳理出具有典型性的国有企业招待所景观改造升级更新模式、景观改造升级策略,研究成果可为相关应用与研究提供参考。Since its establishment in 1960s,the guest house of Shaoguan Steel Group Company Limited has met various difficulties,including outdated hardware and software being unable to keep up with the aesthetic needs of the times and the needs of the users,incompatible plant features after transformation,and landscape urgently needing to be transformed and upgraded.The design idea for the transformation and upgrading of the landscape is different from that of other types of industrial buildings.Its appearance transformation will combine new construction with old methods,and its core will display industrial traces and corporate culture.This paper takes the design project of the Guest House of Shaoguan Steel Group Company Limited as an example,combines with previous literature research,concept definition,current problems and case summary,and sorts out the renewal mode for the transformation and upgrading of the landscape in the guest house of typical stateowned enterprise,and proposes the strategies for the transformation and upgrading of the landscape.The research results can provide a reference for relevant application and research.
