摘　　要：目的了解永久起搏器(PPM)植入患者的出院准备服务需求,完善构建出院准备服务方案。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对2022年10月至12月驻马店市某三甲医院心内科收治的12例PPM植入患者进行半结构式深入访谈,通过Colaizzi 7步分析法整理分析访谈资料并提炼主题。结果PPM植入患者的出院准备服务需求可归纳为4个主题,分别为:PPM相关知识的需求、健康管理指导的需求(肢体活动、用药、心理、随访)、家庭支持的需求、专业医疗卫生资源的需求。结论PPM植入患者对起搏器相关知识、健康管理指导(肢体活动、用药、心理、随访)、家庭支持、专业医疗卫生资源等方面的出院准备服务需求较大,护理人员应重点关注患者的此类需求,采取多样宣教方式,基于互联网整合医疗资源,建立院外健康支持系统,构建有效的出院准备服务方案。Objective To understand the discharge preparation service dernand of patients with permanent pacemaker(PPM)implantation,and to improve the construction of discharge preparation service plan.Methods The phenomenological research method in qualitative research was used to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews with 12 patients with PPM implantation admitted in the cardiology department of a tertiary hospital in Zhumadian city from October to December 2022,the interview data were sorted out and analyzed by Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method and the theme was refined.Results The needs of discharge preparation services for patients with PPM implantation can be summarized into four themes:the need for PPM-related knowledge,the need for health management guidance(physical activity,medication,psychology,follow-up),the need for family support,and the need for professional medical and health resources.Conclusion Patients with PPM implantation have a greater demand for discharge preparation services in terms of pacemaker-related knowledge,health management guidance(physical activity,medication,psychology,follow-up),family support,and professional medical and health resources,nurses should focus on such needs of patients,adopt a variety of education methods,integrate medical resources based on the Internet,establish an out-of-hospital health support system,and build an effective discharge preparation service program.
