乙癸安坤汤在妇科恶性肿瘤术后绝经综合征患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨乙癸安坤汤在妇科恶性肿瘤术后绝经综合征患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年2月至2023年2月就诊的46例妇科恶性肿瘤术后绝经综合征患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组、试验组,各23例。对照组口服逍遥丸治疗,试验组采用乙癸安坤汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,试验组的改良Kupperman评分法评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的卡氏功能状态量表(KPS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织(EORTC)癌症患者生存质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应,随访过程中无用药不适。结论乙癸安坤汤可改善妇科恶性肿瘤术后绝经综合征患者的临床症状、功能状态和生活质量,疗效较佳,且无明显不良反应。Objective To investigate the application effect of Yigui Ankun decoction in patients with menopausal syndrome after gynecological malignant tumor operation.Methods A total of 46 patients with menopausal syndrome after gynecological malignant tumor operation from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xiaoyao pills orally,and the experimental group was treated with Yigui Ankun decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the modified Kupperman score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer(EORTC)Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(QLQ-C30)score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups,and there was no medication discomfort during the follow-up.Conclusion Yigui Ankun decoction can improve the clinical symptoms,functional status and quality of life of patients with menopausal syndrome after gynecological malignant tumor operation,has better curative effect,and with no obvious adverse reaction.
