摘　　要：目的探讨补中益气丸联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗老年桥本甲状腺炎伴甲状腺功能减退的效果及对氧化应激指标、炎症因子的影响。方法选择2020年6月至2023年6月收治的80例老年桥本甲状腺炎伴甲状腺功能减退患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例,左甲状腺素钠片治疗)和观察组(40例,补中益气丸联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平及辅助性T细胞17(Th17)/CD4^(+)T低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的丙二醛(MDA)水平低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平高于对照组,白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气丸联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗老年桥本甲状腺炎伴甲状腺功能减退可提高疗效,促进患者甲状腺功能、免疫功能改善,也能减轻氧化应激反应、炎症反应。Objective To investigate the effect of Buzhong Yiqi pills combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of senile Hashimoto's thyroiditis with hypothyroidism and its influences on oxidative stress indexes and inflammatory factors.Methods From June 2020 to June 2023,80 elderly patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis and hypothyroidism were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(40 cases,treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets)and observation group(40 cases,treated with Buzhong Yiqi pills combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)level and T helper cell 17(Th17)/CD4^(+)T in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of malonaldehyde(MDA)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of interleukin-10(IL-10)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of interleukin-12(IL-12)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi pills combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of senile Hashimoto's thyroiditis with hypothyroidism can improve the curative effect,promote the improvement of thyroid function and immune function,and also reduce oxidative stress response and inflammatory response.
