基于健康促进模式的护理干预对老年2型糖尿病患者疾病自我管理能力及血糖变异性的影响

摘　　要：目的探究基于健康促进模式的护理干预在老年2型糖尿病(T_(2)DM)患者中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年1月收治的100例老年T_(2)DM患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于健康促进模式的护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表(AHSMSRS)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的血糖变异系数(CV)与空腹血糖变异系数(CV-FBG)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的健康知信行量表各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于健康促进模式的护理干预用于老年T_(2)DM患者护理中,可提高其健康知信行水平及疾病自我管理能力,改善血糖变异性,值得推广和应用。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on health promotion model in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T_(2)DM).Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with T_(2)DM admitted from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on health promotion model on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the Rating Scale of Health Self-Management Skill for Adults(AHSMSRS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the blood glucose coefficient of variation(CV)and fasting blood glucose coefficient of variation(CV-FBG)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the health knowledge-attitude-practice scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on health promotion model for elderly patients with T_(2)DM can elevate their health knowledge,belief,and practice level and disease self-management ability,improve blood glucose variability,which is worthy of promotion and application.
