摘 要:糖尿病足(DF)是糖尿病患者常见且严重的慢性并发症,其发病机制复杂多样,是导致糖尿病患者非创伤性截肢的主要原因。DF起病隐匿,目前尚缺乏有效的早期诊断手段,许多患者在就诊时,足部情况往往已不容乐观,即使经过积极治疗,病情仍迁延不愈。生物标志物在多个领域被广泛用于指导疾病的诊疗,但目前尚缺乏指导DF诊断及治疗的有效生物标志物。近年来,许多研究致力于发掘DF潜在的生物标志物(如C反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率、miR-24)。因此,深入了解DF生物标志物将为疾病的早期诊断和治疗提供新的思路。Diabetic foot(DF)is a prevalent and severe chronic complication among patients with diabetes mellitus.Its pathogenesis is both complex and varied,representing a primary cause of non-traumatic amputations in this population.The onset of DF is frequently insidious,and there is still a lack of effective early diagnostic methods.Many patients seek treatment when their foot condition has already deteriorated,so the disease often persists even with active intervention.Although biomarkers are widely utilized in various medical fields to inform disease diagnosis and treatment,effective biomarkers specific to DF are still deficient.Recent studies have increasingly aimed to identify potential biomarkers for DF,such as C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and miR-24.Therefore,a deeper understanding of DF biomarkers will provide new ideas for the early diagnosis and treatment.
