摘　　要：糖尿病是一种以高血糖为特征的慢性代谢性疾病,近年其相关心理问题越来越受到关注。糖尿病相关心理问题的影响因素主要包括年龄、性别、文化程度、病程、并发症、人格特征、收入水平、社会和家庭认可度等,给予患者糖尿病知识相关教育、加强交流沟通,有利于疾病的治疗。糖尿病相关心理干预方法主要包括正念认知疗法、罗森塔尔效应、情绪释放疗法、团体心理干预、太极拳运动干预等,全面了解糖尿病相关心理问题的影响因素和防控措施,可以为糖尿病的治疗提供新思路。Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia.The influencing factors of diabetes related psychological problems mainly include age,gender,education level,course of disease,complications,personality characteristics,income level,social and family recognition,etc.Giving the patients diabetes knowledge education and strengthening communication is conducive to the treatment of the disease.Psychological intervention methods related to diabetes mainly include mindfulness-based cognitive therapy,Rosenthal effect,emotional release therapy,group psychological intervention,Tai chi exercise intervention,etc.A comprehensive understanding of the influencing factors and prevention and control measures of diabetes related psychological problems can provide new ideas for the treatment of diabetes.
