摘 要:痛风的发生发展涉及多种病理过程,其中尿酸盐结晶(MSU)沉积在痛风炎症反应过程中发挥重要作用。自噬是维持细胞内环境稳定的关键细胞机制,且具有调节自身炎症反应和固有免疫的功能。自噬贯穿于痛风炎症的发生、发展、治疗过程,MSU可诱导痛风炎症反应并激活自噬,自噬失调可进一步加重痛风的炎症反应和细胞损伤,积极调控自噬过程能够缓解痛风炎症反应。深入研究自噬在痛风炎症发生、发展及治疗过程中的作用,有利于促进缓解痛风炎症药物的研发。The development of gout involves a variety of pathological processes,among which monosodium urate(MSU)deposition plays an important role in the inflammatory response to gout.Autophagy is a key cellular mechanism to maintain the stability of the intracellular environment,and it also has the function of regulating autoinflammatory response and innate immunity.Autophagy runs through the occurrence,development and treatment of gout inflammation.MSU can induce gout inflammatory response and activate autophagy,and dysregulation of autophagy further aggravates gout inflammatory response and cell damage.Active regulation of autophagy can alleviate gout inflammatory response.Further study on the role of autophagy in the occurrence,development and treatment of gout inflammation is conducive to the development of drugs to alleviate gout inflammation.
