摘　　要：白癜风是皮肤科的临床常见病,目前西医治疗白癜风的效果欠佳,仍需要探索更多治疗方法。维吾尔医对白癜风发病机制及治疗方法有着深入研究,治疗方法主要包括药物内服、药物外用、物理治疗等,且疗效颇佳。但维吾尔医治疗白癜风仍存在治疗方法描述不详细、治疗方案不规范、缺少高证据等级研究等问题。未来应当改进研究方法,开展更高质量的研究,同时规范维吾尔医药治疗白癜风的方案,以更好地发展和推广维吾尔医药治疗白癜风的理论和方法。Vitiligo is a common clinical disease in dermatology.Currently,the effectiveness of western medicine in treating vitiligo is unsatisfactory,and more treatment methods still need to be explored.Uyghur medicine has conducted in-depth research on the pathogenesis and treatment methods of vitiligo.The treatment methods mainly include oral medication,external medication,physical therapy,etc.,and the efficacy is quite good.However,there are still problems with Uyghur medicine′s treatment of vitiligo,such as insufficient description of treatment methods,non-standard treatment plans,and lack of high-level evidence research.In the future,the research methods should be improved,higher quality research should be conducted,and Uyghur medicine treatment plans for vitiligo should be standardized to better develop and promote the theory and methods of Uyghur medicine treatment for vitiligo.
