摘 要:随着社会的发展,人们对生活水平及质量的要求越来越高,而增强型体外反搏(EECP)作为一种无创的循环辅助装置,不仅在缺血性心肌病、难治性心绞痛、心力衰竭、高血压等心血管疾病中得到广泛应用,也因其操作便捷、经济且安全而广泛用于其他系统疾病的治疗。此外,EECP通过改变患者的血流动力学及增加血管剪切应力的机制,也被认为可以应用于缺血性脑血管疾病、糖尿病、慢性肾脏病等。未来可对EECP在非心血管疾病中的作用机制及其应用效果进一步探索,以期在临床高效安全使用,从而使更多患者获益。With the development of society,people′s demands for living standards and quality are increasing.Enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP),as a non-invasive circulatory assist device,has been extensively applied not only in cardiovascular diseases such as ischemic cardiomyopathy,refractory angina,heart failure,hypertension,etc.,but also in the treatment of other systemic diseases due to its convenient operation,cost-effectiveness,and safety.Furthermore,by altering patients′hemodynamics and increasing vascular shear stress,EECP is also considered applicable to conditions like ischemic cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes,and chronic kidney diseases.In the future,the mechanism of action and application effects of EECP in non-cardiovascular diseases can be further explored,with the aim of using it efficiently and safely in clinical practice,thereby benefiting more patients.
