电针八髎穴联合盐酸米多君片治疗脑卒中后尿失禁的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究电针八髎穴联合盐酸米多君片治疗脑卒中后尿失禁的临床疗效。方法选取2022年3月至2023年5月赤峰松山中医蒙医医院收治的80例脑卒中后尿失禁患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用盐酸米多君片(每次2.5 mg、每日2次)治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合电针八髎穴治疗,连续治疗2周。比较两组患者治疗前后的尿失禁程度、尿失禁临床症状及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组尿失禁改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者尿失禁临床症状评分明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组尿失禁临床症状评分明显低于对照组[(2.19±0.47)分比(4.82±1.62)分](P<0.01)。观察组患者临床总有效率高于对照组[95.00%(38/40)比72.50%(29/40)](χ^(2)=7.440,P=0.006),观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针八髎穴联合盐酸米多君片治疗脑卒中后尿失禁患者的效果显著,能改善尿失禁程度,并减轻尿失禁的临床症状。Objective To explore the clinical effect of electroacupuncture at Baliao acupoint combined with midodrine hydrochloride tablet in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence treated in Chifeng Songshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Mongolian Medical Hospital from Mar.2022 to May 2023 were included as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with midodrine hydrochloride tablets(2.5 mg each time,twice a day),and the observation group was treated with Baliao acupoint electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group′s regimen,for 2 weeks continuously.The degree of urinary incontinence,clinical symptoms of urinary incontinence before and after treatment,and the clinical symptom effect the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the improvement degree of urinary incontinence in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom score of urinary incontinence in both groups significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(2.19±0.47 vs 4.82±1.62)(P<0.01).The total effective rate of clinical symptoms in the observation group was higher than that in the control group[95.00%(38/40)vs 72.50%(29/40)](χ^(2)=7.440,P=0.006),and the clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Baliao acupoint combined with midodrine hydrochloride tablet has remarkable effect in the treatment of patients with urinary incontinence after stroke,which can improve the degree of urinary incontinence and reduce the clinical symptoms of urinary incontinence.
