摘　　要：目的:探究桃红四物消风散联合碳酸司维拉姆治疗尿毒症血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月在南平市人民医院诊治的86例尿毒症血液透析皮肤瘙痒患者作为研究对象,按信封法分为研究组(桃红四物消风散联合碳酸司维拉姆治疗)和对照组(碳酸司维拉姆治疗),各43例。比较两组瘙痒情况(5-D瘙痒症量表)、临床疗效、血清钙磷水平、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平及生活质量[简明健康状况量表(SF-36)]。结果:治疗后,两组5-D瘙痒症量表评分、血磷及PTH水平均降低,两组血钙水平、SF-36评分升高,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物消风散联合碳酸司维拉姆治疗尿毒症血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒,不仅能有效缓解瘙痒症状,优化钙磷代谢指标,降低PTH水平,还能提升生活质量,为尿毒症血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒的综合治疗提供了一种有效的策略。Objective:To investigate the effect of Taohong Siwu Xiaofeng Powder combined with Sevelamer Carbonate in the treatment of uremic hemodialysis patients with pruritus.Method:A total of 86 uremic hemodialysis patients with pruritus who diagnosed and treated in Nanping People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the study group(Taohong Siwu Xiaofeng Powder combined with Sevelamer Carbonate treatment)and the control group(Sevelamer Carbonate treatment)according to the envelope method,with 43 cases in each group.The pruritus(5-D pruritus scale),clinical efficacy,serum calcium and phosphorus levels,parathyroid hormone(PTH)levels and quality of life[concise health status scale(SF-36)]were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the scores of 5-D pruritus scale,serum phosphorus and PTH levels in two groups were decreased,the serum calcium levels and SF-36 scores in two groups were increased,and those in the study group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Taohong Siwu Xiaofeng Powder combinedwith Sevelamer Carbonate in the treatment of uremic hemodialysis patients with pruritus can not only effectively relieve pruritus symptoms,optimize calcium and phosphorus metabolism indicators, reduce PTH levels, but also improve the quality of life, and provide an effectivestrategy for the comprehensive treatment of uremic hemodialysis patients with pruritus.
