硝苯地平缓释片联合盐酸拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压疾病患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨硝苯地平缓释片联合盐酸拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压疾病患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年12月—2023年12月厦门市第五医院收治的68例妊娠期高血压疾病患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案将其分为对照组(n=34,盐酸拉贝洛尔)和联合组(n=34,硝苯地平缓释片联合盐酸拉贝洛尔)。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血压水平[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]、子宫动脉血流动力学指标[阻力指数(RI)、收缩期和舒张末期最大血流速度的比值(S/D)、搏动指数(PI)]、血清细胞因子[谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、肝X受体α(LXRα)、丙二醛(MDA)、胆固醇调节元件结合蛋白-1c(SREBP-1c)]水平及不良反应发生率。结果:联合组临床总有效率为97.06%,明显高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组SBP、DBP、PI、S/D、RI及血清LXRα、MDA、SREBP-c水平低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组,两组GSH-Px水平高于治疗前,且联合组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:硝苯地平缓释片联合盐酸拉贝洛尔可提高妊娠期高血压疾病患者的治疗效果,且可改善血压水平、子宫内动脉血流动力学及脂质代谢水平,减轻机体氧化应激反应,且安全可靠。Objective:To evaluate the effect of Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets combined with Labetalol Hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Method:The clinical data of 68 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy who admitted to Xiamen Fifth Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into the control group(n=34,Labetalol Hydrochloride)and combined group(n=34,Nifedipine Sustainedrelease Tablets combined with Labetalol Hydrochloride)according to the treatment plan.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],uterine hemodynamics index[resistance index(RI),ratio of systolic to end-diastolic maximum blood flow velocity(S/D),pulse index(PI)],serum cytokines[glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),liver X receptorα(LXRα),malondialdehyde(MDA),cholesterol regulatory element binding protein-1c(SREBP-1c)]levels before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the combined group was 97.06%,which was significantly higher than 76.47%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of SBP,DBP,PI,S/D,RI and serum LXRα,MDA and SREBP-c in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of GSH-Px in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and that in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine Sustainedrelease Tablets combined with Labetalol Hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy can improve the therapeutic effect,and can improve the blood pressure level,uterine artery hemodynamics and
