摘　　要：慢性腰痛(chronic low back pain,CLBP)具有病程长、发病率高、复发率高、致残率高等特点,降低CLBP的复发是一个重要课题。影响CLBP复发的西医角度内外因素有年龄、性别、脊柱先天畸形、前庭功能、心理因素、遗传、职业、平素姿势及中医角度的气血、体质、神。不仅要从结构上认识CLBP,还要从体质、气血、神等方面,在辨证体系指导下做综合调整,方能激活自身的自愈功能,实现降低CLBP的复发。Chronic low back pain(CLBP)has the characteristics of long course of disease,high incidence rate,high recurrence rate and high disability rate.Reducing the recurrence of chronic low back pain is an important topic.The internal and external factors that affect the recurrence of CLBP from the perspective of western medicine include age,gender,congenital spinal deformities,vestibular function,psychological factors,genetics,occupation,normal posture,as well as the traditional Chinese medicine perspective of Qi,blood,constitution,and spirit.We not only need to understand CLBP from a structural perspective,but also need to make comprehensive adjustments from aspects such as physical constitution,Qi and blood,and spirit under the guidance of the syndrome differentiation system,in order to activate our own self-healing function and reduce the recurrence of CLBP.
