无创耳廓矫正时机对耳廓形态畸形患儿美学效果和预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨无创耳廓矫正时机对耳廓形态畸形患儿美学效果和预后的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2022年12月洛阳市妇幼保健院收治的136例耳廓形态畸形患儿作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为A组和B组各68例。两组患儿均采取无创耳廓矫正,A组矫正时机为出生后1周内,B组矫正时机为出生后3个月内。比较两组患儿的矫正时间、矫正效果、美学效果满意度和并发症,并于矫正结束后3个月随访,记录复发情况。结果A组患儿的无创耳廓矫正时间为(25.50±7.61)d,明显短于B组的(30.70±9.22)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患儿的矫正总有效率、美学效果满意度分别为94.12%、97.06%,明显高于B组的77.94%、80.88%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患儿的并发症总发生率为8.82%,略低于B组的14.71%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);矫正结束3个月后,A组患儿的复发率为1.56%,明显低于B组的13.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论出生1周内采取无创耳廓矫正耳廓形态畸形患儿的效果确切,可显著缩短矫正时间,提高美学效果满意度,改善预后。Objective To investigate the effect of the timing of non-invasive correction on the aesthetic effect and prognosis of children with auricle deformities.Methods A total of 136 children with auricular malformation treated in Luoyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2017 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects and divided into group A and group B according to random number table method,with 68 patients in each group.Both groups of children underwent non-invasive correction.The timing of correction for group A was within one week after birth,while the timing of correction for group B was within three months after birth.The correction time,correction effect,satisfaction with aesthetic effect,and complications of the two groups of children were compared,and a follow-up visit was conducted 3 months after the correction to record the recurrence.Results The correction time in group A was(25.50±7.61)days,which was significantly shorter than(30.70±9.22)days in group B(P<0.05).The total effective rate and satisfaction with aesthetic effect of group A were 94.12%and 97.06%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 77.94%and 80.88%of group B(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in group A was 8.82%,slightly lower than 14.71%in group B(P>0.05).Three months after the end of orthodontic treatment,the recurrence rate in group A was 1.56%,which was significantly lower than 13.21%in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of non-invasive correction of auricle deformities for children with auricular deformities within one week of birth is effective,significantly shortening the correction time,improving aesthetic satisfaction,and improving prognosis.
