儋州市2018—2023年百日咳流行病学特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析儋州市2018—2023年百日咳流行病学特征,为制定百日咳防控策略提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对儋州市2018—2023年监测报告百日咳病例进行分析。结果儋州市2018—2023年累计报告百日咳病例109例,年均报告发病率为1.83/10万;16个乡镇(地区)(占88.89%)均有病例报告,存在秋季报告发病高峰,7~9月报告病例数占总病例数的77.59%;3~23个月龄的婴幼儿病例最多,占33.94%;其次是2~6岁学龄前儿童组,占32.11%;男女性病例比例为1.06:1;发病以2岁以下无百日咳成分疫苗免疫和未全程免疫者最多,占52.30%,2岁以上有全程疫苗免疫(4剂)史者病例占44.04%。结论儋州市2018—2023年百日咳发病呈逐步上升趋势,报告发病地区逐步扩大,2岁以下无百日咳成分疫苗免疫和未全程免疫儿童是百日咳的感染发病人群,提示应加强儋州市儿童百日咳成疫苗及时接种和全程接种工作。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of pertussis from 2018 to 2023 in Danzhou City,in order to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control strategy of pertussis.Methods The surveillance cases of pertussis reported in Danzhou City from 2018 to 2023 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results A total of 109 cases of pertussis were reported in Danzhou from 2018 to 2023,with an average annual incidence of 183/100000.Cases were reported in 16 townships(88.89%),with peak incidence in autumn.The number of reported cases from July to September accounted for 77.59%of total cases.The cases of infants aged 3 to 23 months were the most(accounting for 33.94%),followed by preschool children aged 2 to 6 years(accounting for 32.11%).The ratio of male to female cases was 1.06:1.The majority of cases were those who were not immunized with pertussis vaccine or not fully immunized with pertussis vaccine under 2 years old,accounting for 52.30%,and those who had a history of full immunization(4 doses)over 2 years old accounted for 44.04%.Conclusion The incidence of pertussis increased gradually from 2018 to 2023 in Danzhou City,and the reported incidence areas gradually expanded.Children under 2 years of age who were not immunized with pertussis component vaccine and who were not fully immunized with pertussis component vaccine were the most infected groups,suggesting that timely and full immunization of pertussis vaccine should be strengthened in Danzhou City.
