摘  要:面对日益增长的肉类产品需求,肉牛育肥业对于保障食品安全和经济效益至关重要。本文综述了高效育肥技术的核心要素,为养殖者提供策略与方法。重点分析了饲料管理,包括分类、配方及储存,突出了其在肉牛健康和性能中的作用。同时,探讨了环境控制、密度和群体管理对育肥效果的影响。文章还涉及了健康管理,包括疾病预防和生物安全体系的构建,以及精准饲养和信息化管理技术的应用,旨在提升养殖效率。最后,指出了育肥过程中的挑战,并提出了解决策略,以促进肉牛养殖业的可持续增长。Faced with the increasing demand for meat products,the beef cattle fattening industry is crucial for ensuring the food safety and economic benefits.This article summarizes the key factors on efficient fattening technology and provides strategies and methods for breeders.This article focused on the analysis of feed management,including classification,formulation,and storage,highlighting its role in health and performance of beef cattle.At the same time,the impact of environmental control,density,and population management on the effectiveness of fattening was explored.The article also covers health management,including disease prevention and the construction of biosafety systems,as well as the application of precision breeding and information management technologies,aiming to improve breeding efficiency.Finally,the challenges in fattening process were identified,and the solutions were proposed to promote the sustainable growth of beef cattle breeding industry.
