摘　　要：在汽车板、硅钢、镀锡板、管线钢、船板等高等级品种钢开发和质量提升需求的推动下,近二十年来宝山基地在RH精炼装备、工艺技术及自动化等方面取得了长足的进步,特别在RH真空精炼装备、高效脱碳、低成本处理、顶枪真空加热、夹杂物控制、RH专线化生产、环保耐材、RH智能一键精炼等方面形成了具有自身特点的工艺技术,满足了品种钢开发、质量提升和产能提高的需求。Driven by the development and quality improvement needs of high-grade steel varieties such as automotive plates,silicon steel,tinplate,pipeline steel,and ship plates,Baosteel has made great progress in RH refining equipment,process technology and automation in the past 20 years.Especially in sectors such as RH vacuum refining equipment,high-efficiency decarburization,low-cost refining,top lance vacuum heating,inclusion control,RH special line production,environmentally friendly refractories and RH intelligent one-click refining,the process technology with its own characteristics has been formed,which meets the needs of high-grade steel development,quality improvement and increased production capacity.
