摘 要:为提高系统的可靠性,在工程中常用N中取K的冗余方法进行系统设计。在进行N中取K模型的可靠性计算时,通常假设系统中的各组成部件均为独立的,即组成部件之间无依赖性。实际上,系统中的各组成部件所承受的负载随着故障组件的增加是不断变化的,对组件的故障率也会产生影响。针对寿命分布为威布尔分布的N中取K冗余系统的可靠性建模和计算方法进行了研究,采用威布尔分布与加速时间模型相结合的方式建立了N中取K冗余系统的负载共享可靠性模型,并给出了实现算法和实例。In order to improve system reliability,the redundancy method of K-out-of-N is commonly used in engineering for system design.When calculating the reliability of the K-out-of-N system,it is usually assumed that all components in the system are independent,that is,there is no dependency between the components.In fact,the load on each component in the system is constantly changing with the increase of failure components,which also affects the failure rate of the components.The reliability modeling and calculation method for K-out-of-N redundant systems with a Weibull distribution are studied.A load sharing reliability model for K-out-of-N redundant systems is established by combining Weibull distribution with acceleration time model,and implementation algorithms and examples are provided.
