摘  要:缺血性脑卒中(IS)由脑动脉阻塞引起,并通过血栓形成或栓塞或动脉粥样硬化引起,是一种常见的心脑血管疾病。针康法为针灸与康复的相互结合,即在留针期间进行康复训练。脑缺血引起的神经元死亡决定了脑卒中的死亡率和致残率,细胞凋亡是缺血性脑损伤后细胞死亡的一种重要形式。针康法可调节细胞凋亡内源性途径、外源性途径、Notch信号凋亡通路和p53介导的凋亡途径以减少细胞凋亡,进而改善缺血性脑卒中。本研究就针康法通过调节细胞凋亡信号通路改善缺血性脑卒中进行综述,突显针康法的治疗优势,以期为针康法治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床应用提供理论支持。Ischemic stroke is a common cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease caused by obstruction of cerebral arteries and triggered by thrombosis or embolism or atherosclerosis.Acupuncture-rehabilitation therapy combines acupuncture and rehabilitation,where rehabilitation training is conducted during the retention of acupuncture needles.Neuron death caused by cerebral ischemia determines the mortality and disability rates of stroke.Apoptosis is a significant form of cell death following ischemic brain injury.Acupuncture-rehabilitation therapy can regulate apoptosis through intrinsic pathways,extrinsic pathways,the Notch signaling apoptosis pathway and the p53-mediated apoptosis pathway to reduce cell apoptosis and improve ischemic stroke.This study reviews how acupuncture-rehabilitation therapy improves ischemic stroke by regulating apoptotic signaling pathways,highlighting its therapeutic advantages.The aim is to provide theoretical support for the clinical application of acupuncture-rehabilitation therapy in treating ischemic stroke.
