摘　　要：情绪障碍人群肥胖风险增加,反之亦然,二者可能存在共同病理生理基础:下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPA轴)及炎性改变。针灸是治疗情绪障碍合并肥胖独具优势的非药物疗法,这可能与调节HPA轴改变机体应激状态或调控相关促炎及抗炎细胞因子改善外周-中枢炎症反应有关。本研究拟从上述角度探讨针灸治疗情绪障碍合并肥胖的可能,为制定临床策略提供新的思路。Individuals with emotional disorders have an increased risk of obesity,and vice versa.This bidirectional relationship may share a common pathophysiological basis,that is the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA)axis and inflammatory changes.As a non-pharmacological therapy,acupuncture has unique advantages in treating emotional disorders and obesity.This may be related to its ability to regulate the HPA axis,alter the body's stress state,modulate pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines,and improve peripheral-central inflammatory responses.This study aims to explore the potential mechanisms of acupuncture in treating emotional disorders with obesity from these perspectives,providing new insights for developing clinical strategies.
