火针疗法“宣阳通络”防治慢性偏头痛理论探讨

摘　　要：“阳郁络阻”是慢性偏头痛发展过程中的重要病机,初始阳郁在表不得宣发尚属无形之郁,久病入络气血瘀阻则可进展为有形之瘀。本研究提出火针疗法可通过“宣阳通络”防治慢性偏头痛,宣阳为宣散头部郁遏之阳,可通过祛外邪、补内虚以奏其效,通络乃通久病入络之瘀,有温通、刺络二法以成其功,防治慢性偏头痛具有显著优势。Yang Stagnation and meridian obstruction are important pathogenesis factors in the development of chronic migraine.Initially,the Yang stagnation is superficial and intangible,but as the condition persists,it can lead to tangible blood stasis and meridian obstruction.This study proposes that fire needling therapy can prevent and treat chronic migraine by promoting Yang and unblocking meridians.Promoting Yang refers to dispersing the constrained Yang in the head,which can be achieved by expelling external pathogens and tonifying internal deficiencies.Unblocking meridians involves resolving the blood stasis caused by prolonged illness,utilizing both warming and needling techniques.The fire needling therapy has significant advantages in prevention and treatment of chronic migraine.
