中国茶产业数字化赋能对茶叶出口质量影响的实证研究——基于25个茶叶出口省份的实证分析

摘  要:本文以2005-2021年中国25个茶叶主要出口省份数据,采用双向固定效应模型,从省级层面对中国茶产业数字化水平对茶叶出口质量影响进行实证分析。并通过构建茶产业数字化赋能综合指标,采用熵值法测算了中国与25个省份的茶产业数字化赋能水平,按茶叶出口货源地和更细分的茶叶种类进行异质性分析,研究结果显示:各省茶产业数字化赋能对各省茶叶出口质量具有显著促进作用,各省份茶产业数字化赋能水平每提高1%,各省份的茶叶出口质量将提高1.3448%。研发投入(RD)的系数为负,但在1%的统计水平上显著,研发投入无法对当期的茶叶出口质量产生促进作用。生产成本(ppi)的系数为负,在1%的统计水平上显著,呈现出负向相关。劳动人力(human)的系数为正,且在1%的统计水平上显著,农户对茶叶的积极性提高,注重茶叶质量。贸易开放(open)的系数为正,且在10%的统计水平显著,说明随着各省份对外贸易开放程度的提高,对出口目的地茶叶消费需求的认识会促进茶叶的出口质量的提高。教育质量(edu)的系数为正,说明各省份在教育上的支出会培育高质量人才,从而促进茶叶出口质量。从产茶和不产茶省份来看,中国产茶省份的茶产业数字化赋能水平对该省份茶叶出口质量的促进作用在1%的统计水平显著,即产茶省份的茶产业数字化赋能水平每提高1%,茶叶出口质量将提高1.3912%;而不产茶省份的茶产业数字化赋能水平也能促进其茶叶出口质量的省级,在5%的统计水平显著。从茶叶细分来看,省级茶产业数字化赋能对红茶出口质量的促进作用更显著,其次是绿茶,然后是花茶和普洱茶,对乌龙茶的影响不显著。因此,茶产业数字化赋能越高,越能促进中国茶叶出口质量提高,而且茶产业数字化不仅赋能于茶叶贸易环节也赋能与茶叶生产环节,从而提高茶叶出口质量水平。Based on the data of 25 major tea export provinces in China from 2005 to 2021,this paper uses a two-way fixed effect model to empirically analyze the impact of the digitalization level of China′s tea industry on the quality of tea export at the provincial level.By constructing a comprehensive index of digital empowerment of the tea industry,the paper calculates the level of digital empowerment of the tea industry in China and 25 provinces by using the entropy method,and carries out heterogeneity analysis according to the origin of tea exports and more subdivided types of tea.The research results show that the digital empowerment of the tea industry in each province has a significant role in promoting the quality of tea exports in each province,and the level of digital empowerment of the tea industry in each province increases by 1%,The quality of tea exports from all provinces will increase by 1.3448%.The coefficient of R&D investment(RD)is negative,but it is significant at the statistical level of 1%.The R&D investment cannot promote the current tea export quality.The coefficient of production cost(ppi)is negative,significant at the statistical level of 1%,showing a negative correlation.The coefficient of labor force(human)is positive and significant at the statistical level of 1%.Farmers′enthusiasm for tea is improved and attention is paid to the quality of tea.The coefficient of open trade is positive,and it is significant at the statistical level of 10%,indicating that with the improvement of the openness of foreign trade in each province,the understanding of tea consumption demand in export destinations will promote the improvement of tea export quality.The coefficient of education quality(edu)is positive,which indicates that the expenditure on education of each province will cultivate high-quality talents,thus promoting the quality of tea export.From the perspective of tea-producing and non-tea-producing provinces,the digital enabling level of tea industry in China′s tea-producing provinces has a sign
