摘　　要：党的二十大以来,习近平多次强调必须“时刻保持解决大党独有难题的清醒和坚定”,并围绕“大党独有难题”作出一系列重要论述,深刻回答了“为什么必须时刻保持解决大党独有难题的清醒和坚定”“什么是大党独有难题”“如何解决大党独有难题”等基本问题。“时刻保持解决大党独有难题的清醒和坚定”,是走好全面建设社会主义现代化国家新的赶考之路的现实要求,是始终赢得人民拥护、巩固长期执政地位的必然选择,是深入推进新时代党的建设新的伟大工程的内在需要。新时代新征程,解决大党独有难题要以坚持和加强党的全面领导为根本原则,以大兴调查研究之风为切入点和突破口,以扎实做好跳出历史周期率“两个答案”为基本方略,以严格执行“三个务必”为战略安排,以完善管党治党规章制度体系为重要保障,为强国建设、民族复兴提供坚强保证。Since the 20th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the need to“always remain sober and resolute in solving the unique problems of a big party”,and has made a series of important expositions around this issue,profoundly answering basic questions such as“why we must always remain sober and resolute in solving the unique problems of a big party”,“what are the unique problems of a big party”,and“how to solve the unique problems of a big party”.This issue is a realistic requirement for taking the new road of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,an inevitable choice to always win the support of the people and consolidate the long-term ruling position,and an inherent need to deepen the new great project of the Party building in the new era.In the new journey,solving the unique problems of a big party must be based on the fundamental principle of upholding and strengthening the overall leadership of the Party,the starting point and breakthrough of vigorously promoting the spirit of investigation and research,the basic strategy of doing a good job in jumping out of the historical cycle law of“two answers”,the strategic arrangement of strictly implementing the“three musts”,and the important guarantee of improving the system of rules and regulations for managing and governing the Party,so as to provide a strong guarantee for building a strong country and national rejuvenation.
