摘  要:Dear Editor,By using cryo-electron microscopy and electrophysiology,this study characterizes the structural and functional dynamics of the K+outward-rectifying channel SKOR in Arabidopsis and the structural changes associated with a double mutation that transforms SKOR into an inward-rectifying K+channel,SKDM.These findings have implications for understanding and manipulating crop K+nutrition.
