摘  要:院士作为中国战略科技人才的核心代表,为推动国家科技强国战略的实施发挥着至关重要的作用。以1980—2023年间增选的中国科学院院士和中国工程院院士群体为研究对象,采用CV履历分析和社会网络分析方法,从年龄结构、学历分布、海外经历、流动网络等方面对院士群体结构特征及成长规律进行分析。分析结果表明:院士群体数量具有稳定增长性,当选年龄趋于年轻化,国内教育依赖性增强,海外经历具有普遍性,最高学位地具有集中性,就业地具有高度相似性。据此,从优化青年人才识别培养机制、提升各省区市人才吸引力、制定精准有效用才专项方案等方面提出建议,为人才政策的制定提供借鉴。Academicians,as the core representatives of China’s strategic sci-tech talents,play a crucial role in promoting the implementation of the national strategy of building a strong sci-tech country.Taking the additional members of the CAS Member and the CAE Member from 1980 to 2023 as the research objects,and using CV resume analysis and social network analysis methods,this paper analyzes the structural characteristics and growth rules of academician group from the aspects of age structure,educational background distribution,overseas experience,and mobile network,etc.The results of analysis show that the number of academicians is growing steadily,the age of election tends to be younger,the dependence on domestic education increases,the overseas experiences are universal,the highest academic degree is concentrated,and the employment places have high similarity.Based on this,the paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the mechanism for identifying and cultivating young talents,enhance the attractiveness of talents in various provinces,regions and cities,and develop precise and effective talent utilization special plans,providing reference for talent policy formulation.
