摘  要:2021年碳达峰碳中和工作领导小组提出要加快建立统一规范的碳排放统计核算体系。国网山西省电力公司信息通信分公司在国家电网公司“碳排放监测服务平台”顶层设计指导及重点工作安排部署下,立足于山西省能源特性和发电特征,以火电厂为切入口,基于火电厂发电量、机组特性、年度碳排放量等数据,开展电力生产侧碳排放测算。先构建适用于山西省电网碳排放因子分析模型,计算出山西省电网碳排放因子,然后以此碳排放因子为依据,从电力外送角度分析了山西省电力外送对碳减排的贡献。In 2021,the Leading Group for Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality proposed to speed up the establishment of a unified and standardized statistical accounting system for carbon emissions.Under the top-level design guidance and key work arrange⁃ment and deployment of“Carbon Emission Monitoring Service Platform”in the State Grid Corporation,Information and Communication Branch of State Grid Shanxi Electric Power Company carries out measurement of carbon emissions from power production side,based on the energy characteristics and power generation characteristics of Shanxi Province,and power generation capacity,unit characteris⁃tics,annual carbon emissions and other data of thermal power plants,with thermal power plants as the entry point.Firstly,the carbon emission factors analysis model suitable for Shanxi power grid is constructed to calculate the carbon emission factors of Shanxi power grid.Then,according to the carbon emission factors,the contribution to carbon emission reduction of power transmission in Shanxi Province is analyzed from the perspective of power transmission.
